Privacy policy
We process account details, profile information, job and proposal content, messages, security logs, and usage information needed to operate and protect the marketplace.
We use this information to perform the service users request, secure the marketplace, prevent abuse, communicate account events, comply with legal duties, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information. Service providers receive only the information needed for hosting, email, security, and other disclosed operations.
Project and transaction records are retained while an account or contract is active and afterward when needed for security, disputes, tax, accounting, or other legal duties. Data that is no longer necessary is deleted or anonymized. Access is limited according to operational role.
To request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion—or to contact the privacy controller—email info@yuzi.nl. Identity may be verified before fulfilling a request. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or the competent authority where you live.
