Refund policy

Pairly does not currently collect payments or platform fees during the free launch, so the platform cannot issue payment refunds.

When integrated payments are introduced, this policy will be replaced before payment functionality is enabled. Any off-platform payment dispute is currently handled directly between the client and freelancer.
