Terms of service
These terms apply to Pairly’s free launch. Users must be legally able to enter an agreement, provide accurate information, communicate professionally, respect intellectual-property and confidentiality rights, and only post lawful digital work.
Pairly currently provides matching, contracting, project-history, and collaboration tools. Platform fees and managed payment processing are disabled. Clients and freelancers form their agreement with each other and remain responsible for payment, tax, delivery, acceptance, and any off-platform payment dispute.
Keep material project communication and changes in the Pairly workspace. We may moderate or remove unsafe, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, or persistently low-quality content and may restrict accounts that misuse the service. Reported decisions may be challenged by contacting info@yuzi.nl.
The service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Dutch law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country.
